Yichengxineng: Vice President Sun Jie resigns.

Evershine New Energy announced on May 30th that the board of directors has recently received a written resignation report from vice president Sun Jie. Due to work adjustment reasons, Sun Jie has applied to resign from the position of vice president of the company, and will no longer hold any position within the company after resigning. Sun Jie's resignation will not affect the company's daily operations. According to relevant provisions of the Company Law and the company's articles of association, his resignation report will take effect from the date of delivery to the board of directors.
