Yijiahe: Jiang Jie resigns as vice chairman due to personal job adjustment.

Yijia announced on May 30th that the board of directors had received a resignation letter from the vice chairman, Jiang Jie. Due to personal work adjustments, Jiang Jie requested to resign from the position of director of the fourth board of directors of the company, as well as resign from the position of member of the board's strategic committee. After resigning, Jiang Jie will focus on the management affairs of the company's rail transit field, and continue to serve as a director and general manager of the company's holding subsidiary, Jiangsu Ninghe Intelligent Transportation Technology Co., Ltd.
