The reporter learned from the Ministry of Water Resources that heavy to torrential rain is expected in the eastern part of Northeast China on August 1, while light to moderate rain will occur in the southeastern part of Northeast China on the 2nd. From the 3rd to the 7th, there will still be moderate to heavy rain in the central and northern parts of Northeast China. The Songhua River and Nen River tributary Gan River in Heilongjiang Province may experience numbered flooding. The Ministry of Water Resources activated a Level IV emergency response to flood prevention in Heilongjiang Province at 1 PM on August 1.
