In that month, the total online signed contracts for newly built residential properties and second-hand houses reached 8,324, a year-on-year increase of 13.8%. In July, the city reported online signed sales of 3,529 newly built residential properties, representing a year-on-year increase of 32.7%. Since the beginning of this year, the "good house" projects have been selling well, with an average absorption rate of around 70% on the day of opening, indicating a high market heat. In July, online signed sales for second-hand houses reached 4,795, a year-on-year increase of 3%, accounting for about 60% of the total transaction volume of residential properties.
