Wang Jianyong, former deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province, has been expelled from the Communist Party and removed from public office.
The Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the National Supervisory Commission website reported on December 26th that, according to the information from the Discipline Inspection Commission of Hunan Province, recently, with the approval of the Provincial Committee of Hunan Province, the Discipline Inspection Commission of Hunan Province has initiated an investigation into the serious violations of discipline and law by Wang Jianyong, former party member and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Zhuzhou City.
After investigation, it was found that Wang Jianyong had lost his ideal and belief, betrayed his original intentions and missions, was disloyal and dishonest to the organization, colluded with others, resisted organizational inspection; disregarded the spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulations, accepted gifts that may affect the impartial execution of public duties, accepted travel arrangements that may affect the impartial execution of public duties; lacked organizational principles, did not truthfully report personal matters; breached the bottom line of integrity, used his power for the profit of his relatives' business activities; used his authority to seek benefits for others, illegally accepted large amounts of money and goods.
