The Zhongtong Finance APP reports that Guofu Quantum (00290.HK) has announced that all preconditions for the capitalization agreement have been met, and the capitalization was completed on December 24, 2025, according to the terms and conditions of the capitalization agreement. Following the completion, a total of 459 million capitalization shares were officially issued and distributed to the lender (Dr. Liu Zhiwei) at a subscription price of HK$1.28 per capitalization share in accordance with the special authorization.
