Market Supervision Administration: Focus on key products and key issues, adopt "technical prevention + human prevention" and "online monitoring + offline verification" measures to carry out rolling inspection and monitoring.
The General Administration of Market Supervision and other departments have issued the "Special Action Plan for Quality and Safety Governance of Industrial Products Sold Online". It mentions conducting dynamic online monitoring, focusing on key products and key issues, and using a combination of technical and personnel measures, as well as online monitoring and offline verification, to conduct rolling surveillance. It urges online trading platforms to immediately remove and handle problematic products discovered, report the issues to local industry regulatory authorities for further investigation, implement source control, and track and inspect product usage areas based on product flow. For online trading platforms with prominent issues of counterfeit and substandard products, measures such as interviews, reminders, urging for improvement within a set period are taken to strengthen internal quality control. If violations occur, they will be punished according to the law. Efforts are also strengthened to crack down on the dissemination of false, misleading quality, and anti-counterfeiting traceability information through online platforms.
