Heilongjiang Province sets up "Ice and Snow Week for Primary and Middle School Students"

According to the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education, the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Sports Bureau, and the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism recently jointly issued the "Ten Support Measures for Heilongjiang Province's 'Primary and Secondary School Snow and Ice Week'", setting the last week of each year as "Primary and Secondary School Snow and Ice Week".
