The National Development and Reform Commission, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the Cyberspace Administration of China have issued the "Internet Platform Price Behavior Rules". The "Rules" point out that platform operators should display search results of goods or services to consumers in various ways according to the price, sales volume, credit, etc. of the goods or services; for goods or services with bid rankings, it should be prominently marked as "advertisement". Platform operators conducting bid ranking or providing ranking recommendation services should inform platform operators participating in the bidding of the rules for search ranking, recommendation, and bid ranking.
