The legal representative is Zhu Shengqiang, with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The business scope includes: power supply business; power generation business, power transmission business, power supply business; environmental consultation services; centralized fast charging stations, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed on QiChaCha, the company is jointly owned by China Construction's wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongjian Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Kunming Guanxinyi Property Co., Ltd.
