Smart Finance APP News, Hongchuan Wisdom (002930.SZ) announced that, based on the company's strategic development needs and recognition of the future growth potential of intelligent computing power services and related business areas, the company, together with Mr. Wu Xu and Mr. Bai Bing, jointly invested to establish Beijing Hongchuan Wise Algorithm Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hongchuan Wise Algorithm", "joint venture company"), with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, of which the company's self-owned funds account for 60% of the subscribed capital ratio, with an amount of 30 million yuan. Hongchuan Wise Algorithm is a holding subsidiary of the company, the relevant business registration procedures have been completed recently, and the company has obtained a "Business License" issued by the Market Supervision Administration of Fengtai District, Beijing.
