Dacheng Ecology announced on December 5th that the company had previously planned to sell the property located at 195 Shanghai Road, Gulou District, Nanjing, held by related party Fan Hedi, for a transaction amount of 10.2859 million yuan. Due to the long time since the last transaction of the property, the transfer and re-measurement procedures need to be completed first, which will take a long time. The final completion time of the transfer procedures cannot be determined at the moment. After mutual agreement, it is proposed to terminate this related party transaction.
