Ke Hui Power announced that the controlling shareholder Ke Hui Investment has completed the reduction plan. Before the reduction, Ke Hui Investment held 28,323,315 shares of the company, accounting for 27.06% of the total share capital. On August 30, 2025, Ke Hui Investment disclosed the reduction plan, intending to reduce no more than 1,046,700 shares through centralized bidding trading, which is not more than 1% of the total share capital. From September 24 to December 4, 2025, Ke Hui Investment reduced 1,046,700 shares through centralized bidding trading, accounting for 1% of the total share capital, with a total reduction amount of 19.3552 million yuan. After the reduction, Ke Hui Investment's shareholding decreased to 27,276,615 shares, accounting for 26.06%.
