XINGYE ALLOY (00505) announced that the Board of Directors recommends appointing Zhao Yan as an independent non-executive director at the company's Annual General Meeting to be held on June 13, 2025. Zhao Yan's proposed appointment is subject to approval by the company's shareholders at the Annual General Meeting by way of an ordinary resolution. If approved, the appointment will take effect at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.
