SINOFERT (00297) subsidiary signs EPC general contracting project contract with Zhonglan Changhua and Hebei Zhenxing

SINOFERT (00297) announced that the performance of the 7000m initial rainwater collection tank of its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary Zhonghua Yunlong has decreased and its reliability has been reduced after a long period of operation. In order to ensure safe operation, Zhonghua Yunlong plans to replace the bottom of the aforementioned rainwater collection tank, and has conducted open tendering in accordance with relevant requirements. Zhonghua Yunlong has selected Zhonglan Changhua and Hebei Zhenxing as the joint winning bidders. On April 17, 2025, Zhonghua Yunlong signed an EPC contract with Zhonglan Changhua and Hebei Zhenxing for the overall project of replacing the bottom of the 7000m initial rainwater collection tank. Zhonghua Yunlong has entrusted Zhonglan Changhua and Hebei Zhenxing to conduct survey, design, procurement, and construction for a total cost of RMB 6.616 million.
