ZHAOJIN MINING (01818) announced that the company will issue its first tranche of medium-term notes (innovation and technology notes) for the 2023 fiscal year, with a total issuance amount of RMB 1 billion. The bond will be denominated as "23 ZHAOJIN MTN001 (innovation and technology notes)" and will have a coupon rate of 3.55%. It will mature and be redeemed on April 26, 2025.
