ACESO LIFE SCI(00474): Financing agreement default

ACESO LIFE SCI (00474) announced that on March 9, 2018 and May 28, 2021, the group (as the borrower) entered into two financing agreements with an insurance company and an investment fund (as the lenders) for partial loan financing.
