SYoung Group (300740.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds and a special loan to repurchase some of the company's issued Renminbi common stock (A shares) through centralized bidding trading. The total amount of funds for the repurchase will be no less than RMB 50 million and no more than RMB 100 million, with the repurchase price not exceeding RMB 18.00 per share.
