On April 15th, Li Xiaoshuang, Vice President of Xiaomi Automobile, spoke out on Weibo, confirming that Xiaomi Automobile will participate in the 2025 Shanghai International Auto Show, which will open on April 23rd. They will showcase the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra and the full range of Xiaomi SU7 products. When a netizen inquired about the Xiaomi YU7, Li Xiaoshuang replied that there is no YU7. He also said, "Don't worry, what should come will come in the best condition." Previously, the floor plan for the Shanghai Auto Show was released, with the Xiaomi YU7 attracting attention from the industry. Recently, a blogger revealed that a flagship model from a top new energy company would be delayed by a month in its release. Netizens speculate that this could likely be the Xiaomi YU7. It is known that the Xiaomi YU7 uses pure electric drive and offers the option of single or double motors. The dual-motor all-wheel drive version has a maximum power output of 220kW and 288kW for the front and rear motors respectively, with a combined power of 508kW (691 horsepower) and a top speed of 253km/h, equipped with ternary lithium batteries; the single-motor rear-wheel drive model has a maximum power output of 235kW and a top speed of 240km/h, paired with lithium iron phosphate batteries.
