Arctech Solar Holding (688408.SH) disclosed a share repurchase plan, in which the company intends to repurchase a portion of the company's already issued A-shares through centralized bidding. The total amount of funds for the repurchase will not be less than RMB 70 million (inclusive), and not more than RMB 100 million (inclusive). The repurchase price will not exceed RMB 80 per share (inclusive), and the repurchased shares will be used in the future for employee shareholding plans or equity incentives at an appropriate time.

Bank of China (03988) will distribute a final dividend of HKD 1.216 per 10 shares on May 23rd.
