Citi released a research report saying that, according to industry sources, Macau's total gambling revenue for the first 14 days of April may reach about 7.8 billion Macau Patacas. This means that for the week of April 7th to 13th, the average daily gambling revenue is about 614 million Macau Patacas, which is 5% higher than the first six days of April, averaging around 583 million Macau Patacas per day. The average daily gambling revenue since the beginning of this month is around 6 billion Macau Patacas, which is similar to Citi's current forecast for total daily gambling revenue in April 2025. This is consistent with what Citi observed in its latest survey of Macau gaming tables, indicating that the impact of the US-China trade dispute on Macau's gambling enthusiasm seems limited. Citi maintains its forecast for total gambling revenue in April 2025 at 18 billion Macau Patacas (approximately 76% of the April 2019 level; a year-on-year decrease of 3%), which means that the daily gambling revenue for the rest of this month is around 6 billion Macau Patacas.
