WAI CHUN GROUP (01013) announced that on April 11, 2025 (after trading hours), the company entered into a subscription agreement with existing bondholders A and Mr. Lam Ching Kei (a related party of the company). Under this agreement, existing bondholder A conditionally agreed to subscribe, while the company conditionally agreed to issue new convertible bonds with a principal amount of HK$45 million.
