CGN POWER (01816) announces that on April 8, 2025, the company received a notice from its controlling shareholder, CGN Power Co., Ltd. Group Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CGN"), stating that CGN plans to increase its holdings in the company's H shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect system within 12 months from the date of this announcement, with a total increase not exceeding 5% of the total number of H shares issued by the company as of April 8, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the "Increase Plan").
