Zheshang Development Group (000906.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Zhejiang Provincial Transportation Investment Group Co., Ltd. ("Zhejiang Transportation Group"), plans to increase its holdings in the company through centralized bidding, bulk trades, or other means for a period of six months starting from the date of this announcement until April 9, 2025. The increase in holdings will be no less than 1% of the total share capital, but not exceeding 2% of the total share capital. The proposed purchase price will not exceed 10.08 yuan per share, based on the acknowledgment of the long-term investment value of the company and confidence in its future development prospects.
