Sailun Group (601058.SH) announced that on April 8, 2025, one of the actual controlling persons of the company, Yuan Zhongxue, and the concerted action person, Ruiyuandingshi Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Ruiyuandingshi"), plan to increase their holdings of the company's shares through centralized bidding on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The period of the increase is within 6 months from the date of this announcement, and the amount of the increase (including self-owned funds or self-raised funds, etc.) shall not be less than 500 million yuan and not more than 1 billion yuan.
