Shanghai Datun Energy Resources (600508.SH) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, China Coal Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China Coal Energy"), plans to increase its holding of the company's A shares through the Shanghai Stock Exchange within 12 months from the date of this announcement. The total amount of the increase will be no less than RMB 30 million and no more than RMB 50 million (referred to as the "current increase plan").
