Kangchen Pharmaceutical (01681): Yang Yuchuan appointed as executive director

Kang Chen Pharmaceuticals (01681) announced that, effective from April 8, 2025, Mr. Yang Yuchuan (Mr. Yang) has been appointed as an executive director, overseas business director, and member of the Environment, Social and Governance Committee (ESG Committee); and Mr. Duan Weiwu (Mr. Duan) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee respectively.
