Subsidiary of Zhejiang Talent Television and Film (300426.SZ), Kafei Media, Signs Joint Production Agreement with iQiyi

Zhejiang Talent Television and Film (300426.SZ) announced that its holding subsidiary Shanghai Kafei Film and Television Culture Media Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kafei Film and Television" or "Party B") recently signed a "Joint Production Agreement" with Beijing iQiyi Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "iQiyi" or "Party A") on a contemporary themed television series. The agreement stipulates that both parties will jointly produce a television series, with a total investment not exceeding 245 million RMB (including taxes), to be fully borne by Party A.
