NIO-SW (09866) announced on April 7, 2025 (Eastern Time US; Hong Kong Time) - NIO Group (NYSE: NIO; HKEX: 9866; SSE: NIO), a pioneer and leader in the global smart electric vehicle market, today announced that NIO has completed the issuance of 1.37 billion Class A ordinary shares at a price of 29.46 Hong Kong dollars per share, raising a total of 40.3013 billion Hong Kong dollars. The shares were issued through offshore transactions targeting non-US persons in accordance with Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933 (as amended).

S.F. Holding (06936) spent 101 million yuan on repurchasing 2.499 million A shares on April 7th.

CELESTIAL ASIA (01049) purchased 10,000 shares for $7,800 in Hong Kong dollars on April 7th.
