DYNAGREEN ENV (01330) announced that on April 3, 2025, the company signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Googol Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Party B") in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, in order to promote mutual development and long-term cooperation. Both parties will leverage their respective strengths to collaborate, actively serve national strategies, and integrate into the national development plan. By strengthening information exchange and sharing, the two parties will actively build a strategic partnership, further integrate their respective resources, promote the application of Party B's technology and equipment in Party A's factory management, drive industrial modernization, and nurture emerging and future industries. Both parties will explore and cooperate on technology in the areas or directions of smart inspection by Siasun Robot & Automation or drone, smart park platform construction, and carbon reduction, in order to promote the intelligent upgrade of Siasun Robot & Automation (drone) smart inspection, smart security, and dangerous space operations in the waste incineration industry. In the field of solid waste, both parties will closely collaborate to explore new waste treatment processes. During the cooperation period, both parties will separately establish projects based on actual topics and sign relevant cooperation, research, and development agreements and intellectual property sharing agreements. Both parties will rely on their respective experience and technological accumulation to construct a "Joint Laboratory + Industrial Pilot Platform" to accelerate the commercialization of new environmental protection technologies, and shorten the industrialization cycle of projects. By combining the research and development results and product business advantages of both parties, in segments of the market where business synergy is high, both parties will explore various forms of cooperation including project development and industrial investment, to achieve a greater scope, higher level, and deeper integration of resources. The cooperation between both parties will enhance the intelligence level of the company's waste incineration power generation project operation and further improve the efficiency and quality of the project operation. Before the specific implementation of the contract takes effect and is carried out, the performance of this agreement will not have a significant impact on the company's operating performance for the current year.
