(referred to as "Southern Power Grid Company"), plans to increase its holdings in the company through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Southern Grid Capital Holding Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Southern Grid Capital"), within 6 months from the date of this announcement starting from April 9, 2025, using methods allowed by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange such as centralized bidding and block trading.
