Henan Hengxing Science & Technology (002132.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chifeng City Yongjin Mining Co., Ltd. ("Yongjin Mining" or "Party A"), has signed an agreement with Inner Mongolia Tenth Geological Mineral Exploration and Development Co., Ltd. ("Party B"). The contract, titled "Chifeng City Yongjin Mining Co., Ltd. Longtoushan Gold Mine Detailed Exploration Project Contract," aims to conduct a detailed exploration of the Longtoushan Gold Mine to further clarify and verify the gold metal resource reserves within the jurisdiction of Yongjin Mining, laying the foundation for the subsequent development of the Longtoushan Gold Mine.
