On April 3, 2025, the company and the relevant parties jointly signed the "Xinyu Ruiye Jingfu Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) Partnership Agreement". The company, as one of the limited partners, pledged to contribute 10 million RMB with its own funds. This investment will enable the company to fully utilize the professional resources of investment institutions and their investment management advantages.
