CN HEALTH TECH (01069) announced that the independent non-executive director Bi Xue has been appointed as an executive director, effective from April 1, 2025. Liu Shuhua has been appointed as an independent non-executive director as well as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, effective from April 1, 2025. Effective from April 1, 2025: (i) Bi Xue will no longer be a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee; and (ii) Liu Shuhua has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee.
