TIANGE (01980) announced that Ms. Chen Xiuhua has been appointed as a joint company secretary of the company, effective from April 10, 2025. Ms. Chen will work together with Ms. Wu Xiuwei, who will continue to serve as company secretary, in fulfilling the duties of the company secretary.
