The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission announces the appointment of committee members.

On March 31, the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as the "Hong Kong SFC") announced the new appointments and reappointments of several committees, all of which will take effect from April 1, 2025. The committees involved in this round of appointments include the Academic Review and Advisory Committee, Real Estate Investment Trust Committee, Disciplinary Research and Investigating Chairs Committee, Nomination Committee, Public Shareholders' Rights Group, Hong Kong SFC Committee, Registrar Disciplinary Committee, Takeovers and Mergers Panel, and Takeovers Appeals Panel.
