Surprisingly, on July 27, 2025, Mr. Wang Linpeng, the original actual controller of the listed company, passed away. Ms. Yang Fang legally acquired the shares of the listed company directly held by Mr. Wang Linpeng through the division of marital property and inheritance of the estate, as well as the shares of the listed company indirectly controlled by Juran Holdings and Huixin Da Building Materials, resulting in a change in the equity of the listed company directly and indirectly owned by the acquirer. Prior to this acquisition, the acquirer did not directly hold shares of the listed company. After the completion of this acquisition, Ms. Yang Fang collectively controls 2,735,620,872 shares of the listed company, accounting for 43.93% of the total share capital of the listed company. The actual controller of the listed company has changed from Mr. Wang Linpeng to Ms. Yang Fang.
