Zhijun Financial APP News, Baosteel Group (600019.SH) announced that on September 9, 2025, the company received the approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the registration of public issuance of corporate bonds to professional investors by Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (Approval No. [2025]1945). The approval allows the company to apply for the public issuance of corporate bonds not exceeding a total face value of 20 billion yuan to professional investors.
