US media exploded: The US Treasury Secretary got into a heated conflict with a senior US official at a private dinner party, threatening to beat up the official by saying "I'm going to smash your face in."

According to US media such as "Politico" and CNN, on September 8th, during a private dinner attended by dozens of US government officials and close advisors of President Trump, a heated confrontation occurred between US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency Bill Pulte. Mnuchin at one point exploded in anger and threatened Pulte, saying, "I'm going to beat the crap out of your face."
