Kede Education Announcement: The controlling shareholder and actual controller Wu Xianliang holds 90.75 million shares, accounting for 27.57%. It is planned to reduce holdings through centralized bidding from September 30, 2025 to December 29, 2025, not exceeding 3.2914 million shares, with a reduction ratio not exceeding 1%.
