Sheng Hong Group: Controlling shareholder releases pledge of 1.36% of the company's shares.

Shenghong Group announced that the 4.25 million shares pledged by Mr. Fang Xing, the controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman and general manager of the company, have been relieved of the pledge, accounting for 7.72% of his holdings and 1.36% of the company's total share capital. After this pledge release, Mr. Fang Xing's shares are no longer under pledge.
