Fujian Zhong'an Refinery and Chemical Co., Ltd. officially unveiled

On September 7, the unveiling ceremony of Fujian Zhong'a Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. was held in Xiamen. Fujian Zhong'a Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. was established by Sinopec, Fujian Refining & Petrochemical Company, and Saudi Aramco, and is mainly responsible for the construction and operation of the second phase project of the Fujian Gulei Refining and Chemical Integration Project. The project started in November 2024 and plans to build more than 30 sets of refining and chemical equipment including 16 million tons/year of refining, 1.5 million tons/year of ethylene, and 2 million tons/year of aromatics, as well as supporting facilities such as utility projects and dock berths.
