Zhtng Cijng APP News, Yhun Shkng (002903.SZ) disclosed the 2025 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan (draft), in which the company plans to grant 1.04 million restricted stocks to 37 incentive recipients at a price of 11.46 yuan per share. The incentive plan is valid from the date of registration of the restricted stocks grant until the date when all the restricted stocks granted to the incentive recipients are released from restriction or repurchased and cancelled, not exceeding 48 months.
