Zhtng cijng APP news, Vanda International (00288.HK) announced that on September 5, 2025 (New York time), Chairman and Executive Director Wan Long of the Board of Directors has agreed to purchase 1.8 million shares of Smithfield shares in the secondary offering at the offer price and on the same terms as the other Smithfield shares sold in the secondary offering, representing approximately 8.01% of the Smithfield shares sold in the secondary offering and approximately 0.46% of the total issued share capital of Smithfield as of the date of this announcement. Wan Long paid approximately $41.85 million for the subscription.
