Guangdong: There have been 178 new reported cases of local dengue fever in the past week.

On September 7th, the Guangdong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention issued a notice stating that from August 31st to September 6th, there were 178 new reported cases of local dengue fever in the province, with no reports of severe cases or deaths. The cases were distributed as follows: Foshan 85 cases, Guangzhou 40 cases, Shenzhen 21 cases, Zhuhai 5 cases, Jiangmen and Zhanjiang 4 cases each, Qingyuan, Dongguan, and Yunfu 3 cases each, Shantou, Heyuan, Zhongshan, Chaozhou 2 cases each, Shaoguan, Huizhou 1 case each.
