National Marine Forecast Station issues a blue alert for waves, medium to large waves expected in the coastal waters of Guangdong.

According to the Ministry of Natural Resources, it is expected that from the night of September 6 to the afternoon of September 7, under the influence of a tropical low pressure system in the South China Sea, there will be large to huge waves of 3 to 5 meters in the northern part of the South China Sea, and medium to large waves of 1.5 to 2.5 meters in the nearshore waters of Guangdong. The National Marine Forecasting Center has issued a blue alert for waves based on the "Emergency Response Plan for Marine Disasters." Ships operating in the above-mentioned sea areas should pay attention to safety, and relevant coastal units should take precautions against waves in advance.
