The Hunan, Xinjiang, and Military Region Support Matchmaking Meeting was held in Urumqi.

According to the official website of the Hunan Provincial People's Government, on the evening of September 3rd, a symposium on the pair support work between Hunan Province and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region as well as the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was held in Urumqi, Xinjiang. Prior to the symposium, Chen Xiaojiang, Secretary of the Autonomous Region Party Committee and First Secretary of the Corps Party Committee, met with Mo Weiming, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor, along with his delegation. Elken Tuniyazi, Deputy Secretary of the Autonomous Region Party Committee and Chairman of the Autonomous Region, attended the meeting and symposium. He Zongyou, Deputy Secretary of the Autonomous Region Party Committee and Political Commissar of the Corps, also participated in the meeting.
