After a period of correction, the public REITs market has stopped falling and rebounded. On September 4th, the CSI REITs Total Return Index rose by 0.42%, with many public REITs rising by over 2%. Among them, the CMB Fund Shekou Rental Housing REITs saw an increase of 3.1%. In fact, public REITs saw some recovery last week, with the CSI REITs Total Return Index rising by 1.06% from August 25th to August 29th, outperforming the CSI Dividend Index by 2.16 percentage points. Some public fund managers have indicated that if investors' risk appetite shrinks in the future, it would be beneficial to support further recovery in the REITs market. Investors should focus on sectors with strong fundamental expectations and stable tenant structures in order to capitalize on opportunities for investments in warehousing and high-speed projects. Additionally, investors should adopt a long-term investment mindset when investing in public REITs, aiming to achieve good investment returns through long-term holdings and strategic allocations.
