"Lowering annual sales target by 16%? BYD: No response"

On September 4th, it was reported that BYD has lowered its sales target for 2025 by 16%, from the original 5.5 million vehicles set at the beginning of the year to 4.6 million vehicles. When asked for confirmation, BYD declined to comment.
