Hang Seng Bank (00011.HK): Linda Wong will succeed as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer

Zhtng Cijng APP news, Hang Seng Bank (00011.HK) announced that Ms. Shi Yingying will retire as the Chief Executive Officer of the bank in October 2025, and will be transferred back to HSBC Bank (China) Company Limited in Hong Kong as the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong region, providing advice to the Joint Chief Executive Officers of HSBC Asia and the Middle East region. Ms. Shi will no longer serve as an executive director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank, as well as no longer serve as the chairman of the Operations Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.
